Paula Ramos, M.S.E.
Education Specialist

Paula Ramos is a credentialed Education Specialist at the CDM, with more than fourteen years of experience educating children in pre-kindergarten through elementary school. She combines technology, multisensory and differentiated learning to help her clients find success in achieving their learning goals. Paula has trained at and worked with a number of educational programs, including: Lindamood Bell, the Slingerland Institute, Wilson Reading Program, Singapore Math Models, Marilyn Burn's Do the Math and Step-Up to Writing, enabling her to create appropriate intervention programs that address specific learning differences and help close a student's gap in reading, writing or math.

In addition to her work at the CDM, Paula is a resource specialist at Saint Andrews School where she designs and implements curriculum, conducts learning assessments and develops behavior plans. Prior to this, she held the resource specialist postion at Carlton Elementary School and she spent ten years as a student support specialist at the Mulberry School in Los Gatos. She was also a parent educator at the YWCA and facilitated a variety of parent education courses for families.

Paula has a Masters in Special Education from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from San Jose State University.
